Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance of 50% is due in cleared funds prior to occupation of unit.







We will gladly refund all but 20% of any deposit received provided we are able to rent the time to someone else.

A Rocky Neck Retreat is a smoke and pet free environment.
